Before you spend months (or money) building, you’ll learn how to find real problems people will actually pay you to solve. We’ll practice talking to potential customers, spotting patterns, and describing those groups clearly enough to build a business around them.

We’ll use the Business Model Canvas to map out how your idea could become a business. At first it’s just assumptions — who your customers are, how you’ll reach them, and how money flows. Over time, you’ll test these pieces until the model clicks and creates reliable revenue.

Lean Methodology

Instead of guessing, you’ll learn to run Build–Measure–Learn loops: create a quick version of your idea, test it with real people, measure results, then adjust. These experiments help you get to Product/Market Fit — knowing that your customer will buy your product at a price that works.

You’ll practice telling your story in a clear, confident way. Using the StoryBrand framework, you’ll create your tagline, elevator pitch, and simple website/social media language that communicates who you are and why customers should care.
